WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the leader ofanArtificial IntelligenceteaminSingaporeyou will :

• Drive the development and productive deployment of Machine Learning Servicesdeliver business value with the help of data-driven services.

• You will lead anewly establishedteam of motivated Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

• Your role will provide the opportunity to build state of the artArtificial Intelligencesolutions accelerating all of SAPs customers support needs and improve support efficiencies across all of SAPs products.In addition, it will be central to scaling the delivery of potentially AI services.

• Within this role you have the unique opportunity to work with real-world, productive datasets. In addition, you get to work with the latest technologies such as Transformers, Large Language Models (GPT) and Cloud Technologies all with the purpose tocreate impactfor all of SAPs customers and the SAP support ecosystem.

• Your goal is to ensure that the solutions delivered are not only consistent and compliant but also add measurable value to our customer support business.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a passion for innovation and data-driven solutionspaired withstrong people management skills and a natural ability to lead and motivate their team. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, they should be able to work collaboratively with others across departments

Ideal candidates have the following experience/skills.

• Experience in deliveringand productizingenterprise-grade data-drivensolutions.

• Experience in stakeholdermanagement.

• Development management experienceideally of AI/ML solutions

• Software support experienceis aplus.

We are a Data Science and Technology focused team and we have established a data lake platform used by more than 150 Data Scientist in Service and Support. The teams mission is to improve, automate, and transform the customer support business of SAP using Machine Learning and Data-driven Innovation.
