We currently offer the following position in our office in 15 Tukang Innovation Drive, Singapore 618299 which will be hybrid workplace model.
Assistant Accountant
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Responsible for processing accounts payable / accounts receivable / expense claims / Intercompany transactions for Singapore Factory
Shared Service to Sales units
• Provide shared service support in treasury, accounts payable, expense claim (T&E) to Singapore & ANZ commercial units
Month End Closing
• Responsible for Lease accounting and General Ledger, which includes month-end finalizing GL accruals accounting entries, and balance sheet reconciliation
• Prepare and Submit monthly Goods & service tax returns and withholding tax filing
Others
• Support annual Corporate Tax Filing/return
• Support financial audit - both internal & external and SOX audit.
• Ad-hoc finance-related projects as assigned by the supervisor for process improvements and enhance internal control
• Comply and adhere to the company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance
Entry level candidates and those with 1-2 relevant accounting working experience are also welcome to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
Experience in SAP System preferred.
