We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Accountant to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, where you will be working 20 hours per week.
As an Accountant, you will be supporting the Financial Controller on finance and accounting activities such as budgeting, analysis of costs, monthly closing and reporting, statutory audit, internal financial controls, tax audits and returns.

Your key responsibilities
Assist in monthly and year-end group reporting and audit
Assist in monthly account closing
Data entry in system relevant to various area for instance of fixed assets, sales, purchases, payment, and cost/expenses
Reconciliation of AP/AR with the statement of account from vendors and customers, as well as bank reconciling for bank book balance with bank statements
Assist in preparation for GST and Corp tax computation
Any other finance/accounting tasks assigned by the supervisor.
You bring
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or any related field
Minimum 2 to 4 years of accounting & finance experience
Basic knowledge of finance & accounting.
Computer literate (spreadsheet, pivot table, vlookup) and familiar with ERP System.
Independent, self-motivated, and accountable, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and a strong sense of ownership
Attention to detail and good communication skills. Fluent in English; other languages will be a plus
