Description
Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic, rapidly growing company in the Upstate area, seeking to welcome an Accounts Payable Specialist to their vibrant team. For confidential consideration please send your resume to liz.bolton@roberthalf.
Responsibilities:
• Process and organize PO invoices with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Handle multiple line items and inventory invoices from various vendors, both large and small.
• Efficiently process approximately 100+ invoices on a daily basis.
• Maintain clear and professional email communication with vendors to resolve any issues or inquiries.
• Regularly review vendor statements to ensure accuracy and update records as needed.
• Utilize systems such as Infor and Excel for data entry and other tasks.
• Work towards automating manual processes to increase efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships as part of the move towards virtual vendor management.
• Contribute to the team culture while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Leverage skills in account reconciliation, accounts payable, check runs, coding invoices, data entry, invoice processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
Requirements
3+ years of experience
