Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Sports Medicine Center client in Montgomery County, MD. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will play a crucial role in assisting patients on their journey to recovery. You'll work closely with the team of physical therapists and physicians to provide high-quality care to individuals with any physical or sports-related injury, chronic pain, and more.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
· Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
· Collaborate with other healthcare providers (including physical therapists, physicians, and athletic trainers) to ensure coordinated patient care.
· Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
· Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
· Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
· Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
· Provide exceptional customer service and compassionate care to all patients.

Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation. Bilingual Spanish speaking
