Your New Role...

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Traffic Manager to join our dedicated Campaign Management Traffic team. This role involves a blend of campaign planning, creative operations, and asset management for high-profile marketing campaigns across Max, HBO, and discovery+.

As a key player in this small, experienced team, you will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, interpreting media buys, gathering and confirming specifications, and performing quality control on final files. You will create and manage taxonomy and ensure the accurate traffic and delivery of Social, Digital, Programmatic, CTV, and O&O assets to the appropriate platforms or vendors. Regular communication with Media, Investment, Marketing, and Campaign Management teams will be essential for organizing, naming, and delivering assets, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Interpret Media Plans: Gather and verify specifications and delivery information for CTV, Social, Digital, Programmatic, and O&O placements.

  • Maintain Specifications: Update and manage the master specs deck and Monday.com specs board regularly. Reach out to partners/vendors for detailed specifications or information about unique placements as needed.

  • Campaign Management: Partner with Starcom, Campaign Management, Media, Marketing, and Creative teams to monitor all campaigns, promotions, media buys, and placements. Address any issues, and understand creative allocations, naming needs and delivery timelines.

  • File Naming Conventions: Create taxonomy in Claravine according to guidelines, ensure file names are added to the Asset Delivery Grids and rename final files accordingly.

  • Asset Management: Manage the Media Delivery Drive folder in SharePoint, including building delivery folders for final assets and linking them in Creative Grids.

  • Quality Control: QC assets for specs, dimensions and file formats. Alert Marketing and Creative teams of any discrepancies.

  • Traffic and Delivery: Ensure final files are trafficked and/or delivered to appropriate platforms, including social, digital, and connected TV. For lower funnel campaigns, traffic social assets via Smartly platform. For CTV, communicate and deliver files directly to partners.

  • Partner/Vendor Communication: Work with partners and vendors to communicate important campaign details, including creative versions, rotations and flight dates. Manage creative reviews and approvals between CTV partners and marketing teams as needed.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, media, ad operations, or within an in-house agency.

  • Strong understanding of media plans, specifications, and standards for deliverables, including digital, video, and social media assets.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a demonstrated capacity to adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities in response to evolving business needs.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.

  • Experience with project management software, such as Monday.com
