Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure our clients personalized attention to meet their needs.
Position Overview:The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our wholesale customers. This role involves receiving, entering, and processing orders, invoicing customers using QuickBooks, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service/catering industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be extremely detail oriented. This position will also serve our retail customers and work closely with additional office staff as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication:Proactively communicate with wholesale clients via phone and email to confirm orders, provide updates, and build strong relationships.
- Order Management:Accurately enter and process customer orders ensuring timely distribution.
- Invoicing:Utilize QuickBooks to create and manage invoices for wholesale customers.
- Customer Service:Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
- Detail Orientation:Maintain meticulous records and ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and up to date.
- Problem Solving:Manage order discrepancies or customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for improving processes and customer service practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the food service industry.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Experience with order management software is a plus.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
