Aerotek Maintenance Technician- Direct Hire in Sidney, Ohio
Job Description
This position entails working as a multi-craft maintenance technician in an manufacturing environment. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions during production, performing preventative maintenance on machines, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, conducting routine facility maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
Shift: 2nd or 3rd
Pay: based on experience

Hard Skills
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Electrical Troubleshooting
Mechanical Troubleshooting
PLC Troubleshooting (not required but a plus)
Work Environment
This role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment. Individuals must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially when production lines experience downtime.
