SIDNEY PUBLIC SCHOOL Admin Assistant - Superintendent in SIDNEY, Montana
'QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent and associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; or two to four years of complex office experience in administration. Substitution of experience and education will be considered. As a condition of employment, applicant will submit to a fingerprint background investigation to determine if he or she has been convicted of certain criminal or drug offenses. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and work with a variety of software applications. Strong writing and communication skills (required skills test with Job Service). Knowledge of finance, basic accounting, receipting and depositing procedures and record keeping requirements. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google and Social Media Platforms. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain effective work relationships with students, staff and the public. Ability to complete assignments accurately within specified time frames. Ability to assist administrative office staff with day-to-day operations and functions associated with their positions. Ability to exercise judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in the performance of duties. Must possess good office management skills ensuring efficient and effective office operations. Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and Board policies and rules.
