Job Description:
Responsibility职责1. Responsible for assigned PA business development as a territory account manager in CBTD. 作为区域客户经理，负责3M个人乘用车业务区域销售工作。2. Cooperate closely with territory sales manager in carrying out sales plan and deliver results. 与区域销售经理紧密合作，推进销售计划实施，并实现成果。3. Drive retail shop KPI management and business expansion. 推动零售门店KPI管理和业务拓展。4. Drive OEM and PDI customer management and market penetration. 推动车厂和汽贸集团客户管理和市场渗透。5. New product launch preparation and reach commercialization target in territory. 新产品上市推广并达到区域销售目标6. Conduct market survey for assigned product and segment analysis to understand market and customer needs 对指定产品和细分市场进行市场调查，了解市场和客户需求7. Other requirements from the supervisor. 主管交办的其他工作。
Requirement要求1. Bachalor’s degree or above. 本科以上学历.2. 3+ years related working experience of sales function in related industry.Multinational company,OEM KA，PDI sales background are preferred. 3年以上相关行业市场工作经验，跨国公司、汽贸集团、大型车厂销售背景者优先.3. Innovative, good analytical and selling skills. 创新，良好的分析能力和销售技巧能力.4. Solid problem solving and execution. 解决问题和执行问题的能力.5. Excellent coordination and communication skills. 优秀的沟通协调能力.6. Good English communication skill both in written and oral. 良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力.7. Good PC software such as Excel/PPT skills. 良好的电脑软件如Excel、PPT技巧.
