Description Finance Business Partner Ecumen is hiring a Finance Business Partner to join our team. The Finance Business Partner is responsible for creating alignment between the communities, finance and other departments within the organization. This position will provide financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic support for various business lines. Essential Job Responsibilities: Analyzes financial data, trends, and performance metrics to assess the financial health of the business unit or department, including budgeting, forecasting, and identifying areas for cost optimization or revenue enhancement. Collaborates with the site leaders to understand their needs and objectives. Provides financial expertise and insight to support decision-making processes and help achieve financial targets. Actively contributes to the development and execution of business plans, ensuring alignment with overall goals. Translates strategic objectives into financial targets and action plans, while also monitoring progress and identifying potential risks or opportunities. Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the financial and operational performance of the business unit. Tracks progress against targets, prepares performance reports, and provides recommendations for improvement. Communicates complex financial concepts and analysis to non-financial stakeholders to facilitate understanding and informed decision-making. Prepares financial presentations, reports, and delivers presentations to senior management and/or cross-functional teams. Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders, fostering collaboration, trust, and open communication. Actively engages with department heads, operational managers, and other key individuals to understand their needs and challenges. Acts as a strategic advisor to leverage financial expertise to drive growth, optimize resources, and improve overall financial performance within the organization. Finance Business Partner Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration 5+ years experience in a finance analytical role Ability to comprehend and understand financial statements and communicate results Exceptional problem-solving skills, accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and drive operational initiatives Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) and related technologies Microsoft Office experience; intermediate to advance Excel skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong and proven analytical skills Preferred Qualifications: Oracle cloud experience Non-profit Senior Living/Home Care and/or Hospice #LI-Remote Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
