No tree industry experience required; training provided.
Job Description
- Grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods talking to homeowners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts.
- Educate homeowners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home
- Schedule homeowners for a no cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists
- We provide you neighborhoods to work, no need to meet at an office daily
- Marketing materials & company apparel provided
Compensation:
- Base Pay $39K-$52K per year + Commission
- Reps average $50-$80k per year working 30hrs. a week, top performers earning $100K+
- Weekly lead and sales Incentives
