Job Description

  • Implement professional training programs to create marketing and sales excellence .

  • Work in collaboration with HR team to create, implement, monitor and maintain the annual training plans.

  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.

  • Lead HR and employees cross-units projects

  • Training budget monitoring.

  • Resolve specific issues for training programs as necessary

  • Provide support for day-to-day operational activities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field - education, human resources or relevant field

  • Proven work experience as project manager (PMO) /training Ops / HR support

  • Track record in executing successful programs

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Capable of influencing at all business levels

  • Acts independently and proactively to promote methods and procedures.

  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Good systems and database skills

  • Fluent English
