【ポジションの概要】

プロジェクトマネージャーは、天然ガス精製装置EPCをはじめとする幅広い一般工業分野において、中規模から大規模のプロジェクトの管理を担当します。チームをリードし、濾過エンジニアリングソリューションを設計および製造し、顧客に提供します。

【Pallのソリューションについて】

顧客の要求仕様にもとづいたエレメントによる精製装置を提案し、要求法規に則った装置をプロジェクトマネジメントの手法に基づき、提供します。主に天然ガス精製装置、二酸化炭素吸着装置、化学工業におけるガス・液体の精製装置等を納入します。

【具体的な業務内容】

• エンジニアリングチームからの技術支援を受け、中規模から大規模のプロジェクトを管理

• 事前注文の販売サポート（予算・見積もりフェーズ）、注文の契約レビューを起点とするプロジェクトの遂行から納入までを実行

• 顧客および社内エンジニアリングチーム、社外協力会社の要件を聞き、理解し、翻訳し、文書化する

• 視覚的なプロジェクト管理とDaily managementを実施

• プロジェクトの納期、コスト、クオリティの基準に従って納品

• PSP（ダナハーがもつDBSのProblem Solving Process）を用いて、根本原因を特定し、改善案を実行することにより問題解決をはかる

【求めるスキル・知識・ご経験】

• 高等専門学校・大学・大学院でプロセス工学または機械工学分野を学んだ方

• プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験

• 圧力容器の法規に従った設計（ASME、HPV、JIS、JPIなど）

• 問題解決および改善活動の知識・経験

【語学力】

• 日本語：流暢レベル以上（読み書き・スピーキング力）

• 英語：中級ビジネスレベル以上（グローバル組織とのコミュニケーションおよび海外協力会社の進捗管理等のやり取りが可能なレベル、スピーキング含む）

【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・知識・ご経験】

• Mechanical Engineering（＝２D CAD/３D CAD）経験

• 溶接に関するご経験

• 製缶検査に関するご経験

• PLC ladder programingのご経験

• 運転免許あれば可（タクシーでもいい）

【部門・チームについて】

FTAP事業部 プロジェクトマネジメント部に所属します。新エネルギーをはじめとする幅広い一般工業分野を対象とした顧客の特殊ニーズ（Engineering to order）にお応えしている事業部です。

新エネルギー分野では水素や二酸化炭素、再生プラスチック分野で、EPCや主要化学会社に対して、要求された仕様に対する提案・実行・納品をします。また入社直後から体系的なトレーニングが計画されているため、プロジェクトマネジメント、濾過・分離技術の知見がなくても学んで頂ける環境です。
