Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and implement competent treatment and perform regular reassessments for the purpose of treatment modification to maximize patients’ potential for functional independence.
Effectively educate patients and family and provide information on outside resources to meet the patient’s specific needs.
Work within the framework of an interdisciplinary team approach for both inpatients and outpatients.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a current Occupational Therapy license with the American Occupational Therapy Association or a Arkansas Board of Occupational Therapy license.
Must possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge in occupational therapy principles of assessment, treatment delivery and general management of acute, inpatient and outpatient therapy.
Pay Range
$31.92 - $46.29 /hour
