Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and implement competent treatment and perform regular reassessments for the purpose of treatment modification to maximize patients’ potential for functional independence.

  • Effectively educate patients and family and provide information on outside resources to meet the patient’s specific needs.

  • Work within the framework of an interdisciplinary team approach for both inpatients and outpatients.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must possess and maintain a current Occupational Therapy license with the American Occupational Therapy Association or a Arkansas Board of Occupational Therapy license.

  • Must possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge in occupational therapy principles of assessment, treatment delivery and general management of acute, inpatient and outpatient therapy.

Pay Range

$31.92 - $46.29 /hour
