Eaton Corporation 2nd Shift Finishing Load / Unload in Sherman, Texas
Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Finishing Load / Unload. The hourly rate for this position is $18.87 plus .60 shift differential per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
HOURS: 2:30PM - 11PM
What you’ll do:
Perform visual inspections of material prior to and after painting.
Perform miscellaneous related assignments, such as masking, wrapping, touch-up painting, etc.
Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.
Perform 5S & continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Must have a high school or GED from an accredited institution.
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Sherman, TX will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with powder painting
Experience in a production environment
Skills:
Position Success Criteria:
Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs. occasionally by stooping, reaching, bending with or without accommodation.
Ability to stand for eight hours plus and perform repetitious tasks
Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and be detail-oriented
Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product
Ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate
Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, as needed by the business
