JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\ Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\ On-site duties will include but not limited to, documentation of daily work tasks by on-site crew, completing and distributing daily reports with quantities completed and reporting potential change-order items and upcoming issues.
- - Securing a minimum of 15 progress photos per day showing tasks completion per the plans and specs and uploaded daily into company database.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Verify crew installation meets Platinum standards and job requirements including daily clean-up on the roof and ground/materials storage area.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Verify material secured daily.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Log labor hours in Platinum Work Order for job tracking.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Procure local materials not available at the jobsite.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Assist the crew in verifying material list deliveries, when needed.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Meet with the Project Manager upon mobilization for any other job specific instructions, details, and requirements.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Tracking job-cost versus estimate to report any overages to Project Manager.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Communicating with on-site customers, managers, or others to facilitate the relationship for future work.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Keeping crew informed of weather conditions and communicating rain delays. At the end of every day, you will be responsible for walking the roof and identifying any potential entry point for leaks and communicating to the crew leader for immediate resolution.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Working with local material suppliers to protect the interests of Platinum Roo?ng with competitive material pricing and stocking the materials we use on a regular basis.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- - Ability to work with different technologies and adapt to new technologies (Microsoft suite, Salesforce CRM, Outlook, etc.).
{=html} <!-- --> - - Effectively communicate with crews and clients, adapting the level of professionalism required for each conversation.
{=html} <!-- --> - Strong time and budget management skills are essential for effectively planning and executing projects within deadlines and financial constraints.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- - One (1) year of construction experience.
{=html} <!-- --> - - OSHA 10 certification or more.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Ability to speak and read English.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Ability to perform basic math skills.
{=html} <!-- --> - - Must have a valid drivers license.
{=html} <!-- --> - Must pass a drug screen upon job offer.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- - Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)
