Amazon Sr. Lending Account Manager, Amazon B2B Payments & Lending in Shenzhen, China

Amazon Lending is a part of the Amazon B2B Payments and Lending organization which provides working capital solutions to Sellers and other small business customers. We are expanding our Lending business with the ambition to deliver the world’s best-in-class customer experience and product solutions. To support our expansion, Amazon Lending is establishing a new Lending Account Manager (LAM) team in China. LAMs will work closely with both AGS Account Managers and our third-party Lending partners (fintech, banks) to serve as Lending subject matter experts, connecting Amazon's Sellers to the financial solutions they need. Amazon LAMs work with large, strategic Sellers to help them confidently access the funding needed to grow their business. As Manager of the new Lending Account Management team, you will be instrumental in building the team's foundation, establish the team's strategy and Seller pipeline, and be responsible for recruiting additional LAMs once the team is established.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build the foundation of the Lending Account Management team, starting in China, with the opportunity to expand worldwide.

  • Establish LAM team, KPIs, SOPs, and on-going operating mechanisms.

  • Work closely with Amazon Global Selling (AGS) to develop a Seller engagement plan and pipeline.

*Establish relationships and collaborate closely with Lending Service Providers (LSPs) to meet the goals of the Amazon Lending program.

  • Manage the execution of the Seller engagement plans, support LSPs to target and convert Sellers. Conduct Seller adoption performance reviews with LSPs to continuously improve the LAM program.

  • Collaborate with Amazon stakeholder teams, including AGS, AGL, Ads, ACCS, to drive the adoption of loan products.

  • Consult and partner with the Lending CM team for product and product adoption insights to improve the Seller conversion plan and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of team management experience

  • Experience successfully managing dynamic account portfolios
