Jabra Senior Manager, Material Project Management in Shenzhen, China

GN China is currently on a look out for a Senior Manager – Material Project Management to join Material Supply Management team in Xiamen/Shenzhen/HKSAR, China.
The primary responsibility for the position is to be responsible for the team resources deployed in the GN NPI and MP products with responsibility for material readiness in all planned builds and forecast.
Manage and lead the MPM team to ensure all relevant R&R are fulfilled.
Responsible for setting KPI targets that are relevant, reflective of the team’s performance and supporting the MWBs to the functions and the company’s business target.
The smoothly running of the MPM team
Ensure workloads are evenly shared and the team members are performing to the best of their ability and supported with adequate tools.
Ensure all relevant processes are up to date.
Material readiness is in place for all builds for all NPI and MP products.
You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team to ensure all Tier 1 vendors’ material status are captured continuously, seeking support to have all issue resolved timely.
Driving cross functional activities to ensure all material and related issue are addressed and concluded.
Ownership and cross functionally responsible (internally and externally) of ensuring appropriate preparation and management sign off to Chinese New Year and Golden Week holidays (For our manufacturing in China)
Represent the team in various cross functional forums as well as be the primary driver of functional development
Be first level escalation point for all matters concerning MPM function
Run employee performance management (P2E) with the MPM team members in close alignment with the head of GSP & OPM.
