Amazon Senior Customer Solution Manager - Tech, Central BI in Shenzhen, China

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 20 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on Amazon. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Solution Manager to establishes the strategic relationships with customers, understanding merchants’ long term objective and current business and technical constraints, autonomously onboarding merchants and driving the products to improve customer experience, continuously trying to mitigate downstream merchant issues by conducting technical discovery and bring solutions to the table to help merchants be successful, taking additional steps to optimizes efficiency and meets the needs of the merchant. Technically, you should manage the lifecycle of complex initiatives. Creates and delivers business and technology adoption plans. Applies acceleration frameworks effectively. Understands areas of migration acceleration. Identifies and resolves migration gaps and dependencies. Educates external teams. Able to communicate multiple product and service constraints. Provides technical input on solutions and services. Makes trade-offs: short vs. long-term needs and technical vs. business needs.

In addition, you should have good knowledge of architecture design, especially on customer data platform, be able to evaluate and recommend the technology to ensure the solution well meet business requirement and can integrates seamlessly with existing systems.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent

  • 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience

  • 5+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification

  • Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar
