The qualified candidate is an expertise of sales management and have strong business sense with the ability to drive the growth, directly impact the building of new solutions, services, and distribution structures across Amazon’s growing footprint.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the development of Amazon Sellers by providing international logistics services solution through Amazon global network. The candidate is expected to be able to engage with stakeholders and key customers, being customer obsession, understand the market and, to constructively lead the transformation of tools or projects, drive continued improvement of seller’s experiences, and discover business opportunities to grow business.
Key job responsibilities
· Manage and develop the strategic sellers with high potential for growth
· Ensure high customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers
· Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
· Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including solution selling against established target lists
· Work closely with other team to drive adoption
· Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists
· Demonstrate the strong ability to identify potential risks or issues within projects while proactively assess the project landscape, identify potential obstacles or challenges and drive the optimization of products
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales experience
Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
