UL, LLC Business Process Improvement Specialist in Shenzhen, China
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Improvement Specialist at UL Solutions, RCP Shenzhen office.
The Business Process Improvement Specialist will coordinate the projects that result in significant improvement to business processes. Assists and coordinates process improvement initiatives that will have a substantial impact. Develops project plans and analyzes project costs and timelines for the local operations under his/her responsibility in line with the Global initiatives. Ensures projects meet objectives and deadlines while maintaining costs with approved budgets.
Coordinates projects that result in the overall improvement of business processes and efficiency.
Assists and coordinates process improvement plans for local operations under his/her responsibility that minimize resistance to change and maximize engagement.
Partners with operations to understand and identify factors that optimize the business. Identifies and recommends areas to focus resources and initiatives for process improvement projects.
Ensures projects meet objectives and schedules.
May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
Performs other duties as directed.
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field plus generally ten years of directly related experience.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings.
Ability to identify and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish, track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.
