AIG Agency Business Development Manager in Shenzhen, China
How you will create an impact• Identify and develop alternative distribution channels• Develop and maintain good business relation with the channels• Solicit business from the channels via training, motivation and business support• Facilitate department campaign, project and activities• Initiate department training needs analysis and coordinate training resources to achieve training goals• Implement business strategy and action plans• Achieve production and activity targets, including Shenzhen Agency Development and other specified business programs• Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers
What you will need to succeed• Bachelor degree , major in sales and marketing, business administration, economics or insurance is preferable• Solid working experience, channel development experience is preferred• Strong negotiation skills• Strong teamwork spirit and willing to work across boundaries• Open-minded and strong learning ability • Can work under great pressure• Good command of English
