As an Account Manager Intern, you will work in multiple dynamic areas and support our sales consultant team to serve our CN sellers in terms of launching their stores in Amazon marketplaces, leveraging Amazon internal tools and features to drive sales growth, and ultimately to offer customers greater selection, lower prices, more in-stock, and a best-in-class shopping experience/leverage all online traffic channels to highlight our brands and products, initiate promotions to bring awareness to our stores and help customers collect enough page information before they make orders/demand planning and developing and executing category level inventory strategies to maximize sales, margin and inventory turns, have end to end ownership of the inventory from manufacturer to end customer. Meanwhile, we are committed to creating a healthy, fair and just environment for our brands, and protecting brand owners and consumers from the infringement of counterfeit goods. Key job responsibilities

• Support new seller launch and drive post-launch feature adoption, via call down, email, wecom and other channels.

• Enhance Seller Quality starting from vetting seller profile.

• Collaborate with multiple teams across organization to contribute in the projects.

• Collect voice of Sellers to be shared with internal stakeholders that will benefit product or process improvements.

Shenzhen, 44, CHN

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor and above degree, ideally with some internship experience of retail or e-commerce industry.

• Graduate between 11/2024 and 07/2025.

• Proficiency in English is strongly desired.

• Excellent in Excel functions.

• Strong interesting in cross-border e-commerce.

Preferred Qualifications

• CET 6 or any other skill certifications

• At least 3 months internship

• Python and SQL or others software capabilities
