Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Childcare Teacher to join our team in our childcare classrooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to education, a deep understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. This teacher will be responsible for leading a classroom, developing a curriculum, and ensuring a positive experience for all children in their care. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field OR Technical Certification in Childcare. Strong commitment to Christian education and the mission of the childcare center. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
