Johnsonville, LLC Industrial Refrigeration Technician 1st Shift Pay Range: \$33.72/hr - \$43.00/hr Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities: * Operations and Preventive maintenance of... * ammonia equipment * HVAC and ventilation equipment * steam boiler * compressed air systems * domestic hot water / high pressure hot water systems * other as determined in workload * Be responsible for the performance and safety * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems * Coordinate work with outside vendors and contractors. * Member must be highly motivated with high expectations * Maintain a computerized PM program in SAP/ NH360 * Maintain an Ammonia PSM program and Compliance documentation in digital SIS / NH360 computerized program * Maintain all Utility monitoring systems to stay current with operations. * Assist with new utility equipment installation or equipment relocation. * Maintain facility and equipment to meet Johnsonville, OSHA and U.S.D.A. standards. * Maintain 95% uptime on all utility equipment * Maintain all utility areas in a neat/orderly fashion. * Drive Continuous Improvement * Manage outside vendors / contractors * Be able to work overtime as needed to complete your workload Date: August 7th, 2024 Location: Meadowside- Sheboygan Falls, WI Member Status: Full Time, Hourly Manufacturing Positions Available: 1 Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing.
