Responsibilities
- Spearhead invoice automation duties
- Manage bank credit card program
- Process outgoing payments and additional AP duties
- Assist with billing tasks
- Execute accounting duties for local unions as a point person
- Other administrative duties as assigned such as maintaining vendor master files
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
