TTH Asia Engineering Lead

Asia is a key region for Taste, with over 300million EUR in revenue generated and over 10million EUR in annual Capex investment planned across 5 sites. As Engineering Lead for the region, you will be helping sites to develop and execute their investment roadmaps and coordinate plans across the various Supply Chain functions. In addition, you will be responsible for executing projects between 1-10million EUR. The role will be based in a manufacturing site, with period travel to other sites required.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure Excellence in Planning and Execution of all key projects from 1M – 10M EUR

• Align scope development and support funding for projects between 250k-1M EUR.

• Coordinate with all sites regarding Capex spend

• Ensure site “Masterplans” are current and reflect proper business priorities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with M-Tech, SHE, QA, Maintenance and other teams.

• Report on project progress, as well as escalating and resolving issues
