Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Environmental Analysis :
- Monitor and analyze macroeconomic conditions, macro policies, industry regulations, and market trends.Conduct in-depth research on external factors that impact the business environment.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and implications for the company
Strategic Recommendations :
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on the analysis of the macro environment and market trends.Collaborate with internal teams to integrate these insights into strategic planning processes
Project Management:
- Manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.Facilitate discussions and workshops to drive strategic initiatives forward.
Qualifications:
Level of Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field
Working Experience in Relevant Field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in market analysis, economic research, or strategic planning
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing strategic projects
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and related regulations is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
