Sr Project Engineer - Mechanical

Opportunity
1.Be responsible for KOHLER Electronic products mechanical system design and parts design.
2.To establish product's reliability test procedures.
3.To implement product/Parts QTP/VTP test plan.
4.Work on designing Mechanic-electronic appliance;
5.Conceives and plans engineering subtasks to explore product or process problems; defines and selects new concepts and approaches to the design or development of new or improved products, processes, equipment or facilities;
6.Coordinate activities with other functional areas, suppliers, contractors and consultants.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical is required.
2.Min 3 years complicated electronic products ( Medical instruments / Sanitary / Refrigerator / Dishwasher / Vacuum cleaner /etc) mechanical design experience.
- Extensive knowledge in Injection mold and Machining processes; better knowledge to plastic material, sealing material.
4.Familiar with Pro/E and Auto CAD, use tolerance calculation to achieve target functionality.
5.Experience in global organization and multi-national corporations preferred.
6.Fluent in English including writing and oral, at leastCET-6.
7.Familiar with 6 sigma (DMAIC & DFSS), as well as basic Reliability knowledge.
