1.分析分管产品的市场销售趋势，为销售团队制定销售指标提供参考依据。
2.制定分管产品的市场推广策略及具体行动计划，提高分管产品的市场价值。
3.组织实施分管产品的市场推广计划，并跟踪计划执行的有效性，以支持销售团队达成销售指标。
4.组织各类市场活动并参与学术会议，提高分管产品的学术形象。
5.制定分管产品的年度市场营销费用总体预算，分配和管理市场营销费用，确保对分管产品市场投入的最大产出。
6.为销售团队提供分管产品的市场竞争状况、营销工具应用等相关培训，提高销售团队对分管产品的了解程度。
Qualifications and Skills:
1.本科及以上学历，医学、药学或市场营销专业为佳
2.3年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验
4.熟练使用计算机办公软件
5.良好的英语听说读写能力
6.具有较强的沟通协调能力及组织能力
