Amazon Sr. Product Manager, Amazon Global Selling in Shanghai, China

Description

We are seeking a talented, data driven, and proven successful Sr. Product Manager to support Global Selling team in Asia, with stakeholder teams worldwide across various functions. The Product Manager will be a key person to shape Global Seller Experience, drive Seller growth and success. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong product management and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities across the Global Selling Seller segments and lifecycle, work with global product teams on new products/services to help the growth of Global Selling sellers

  • Drive adoption of new features/services and define go-to-market strategy, owning the success of the products

  • Constantly monitor and review product/service performance, collect new learning and insights to keep improving the product

  • Gather seller pain points and business blockers, align internal stakeholders and external partners to solve the identified issues

  • Establish strong relationship and trust with local and global stakeholders

About the team

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting Sellers’ success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

The Global Selling Product team collaborates with many Amazon’s global teams to support the high-growth global selling business, continuously identify new opportunities, and drive new initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
