Since 2017, our China cross-border marketing team has been driving the awareness, activation, and continued success of China-based sellers advertising in marketplaces worldwide via insight-based marketing and education programs. We are looking for a customer-obsessed driving force behind creating marketing demand, igniting and fueling business growth through effective marketing efforts.
Key job responsibilities
Create and implement CN curriculum strategy for Amazon Ads education programs.
Collaborate effectively with CN stakeholders to rapidly innovate and develop highly effective education materials addressing advertisers’ business demands.
Manage a curriculum portfolio to ensure accurate and up to date education materials.
Manage vendors for high quality curriculum production by different modalities.
Build up and optimize collaboration mechanism with CN and global stakeholders on curriculum roadmap sync-up, curriculum framework, content bar raise and performance tracking metrics.
Analyze curriculum performance data, interpret metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize CN curriculum roadmap and strategy.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above.
8+ years of content planning and copy-writing experience at an agency or in-house marketing team.
Extensive knowledge of education materials design and development.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.
Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading global or international education curriculum development (or similar experience) to provide innovative, world class content and learning programs
Experience leading copy-writing development from concept to delivery
Experience implementing standardized assessments and certification programs.
