职务概述：充分了解客户需求及竞品现状，运用竞争销售技巧，完成目标区域产品的销售任务及学术推广。具备优秀的区域计划管理能力，能够快速发现商业机会，预估风险并制定相应的风险管控预案。
工作职责：
1.负责相关产品在目标区域的开发上量和维护，了解竞品的销售策略及经销商情况，完成公司分配的区域销售指标；
2.管理区域内的经销商，与经销商配合共同维护客户、制定价格策略、完成指标；
3.跟进区域内医院的开发，特别是潜力重点医院的开发；
4.建立完善的KOL客户信息，建立长期稳定的合作，树立区域标杆。
教育背景和工作经验要求：
本科以上学历，医学相关专业优先；
两年及以上医疗器械临床推广经验。
