About the role
Key Responsibilities:
As a (Sourcing Manager), you’ll be responsible for:
Work with regional & global supply chain team to manage and develop suppliers to optimize supply base and to achieve best leverage on cost, quality, delivery and service.
Work on localization, cost reduction and NPI (New Product Introduction) programs to achieve cost competence and ensure supply chain readiness.
Lead to negotiate with supplier for cost reduction and other commercial terms to meet company key business requirements.
Lead to develop local category strategy and keep aligned with global strategy.
Lead to manage and evaluate supplier performance and to drive the supplier improvement and development actions to continuously improve suppliers’ performance.
Keep good relationship and develop partnership with key suppliers.
Support all the other activities and programs related to supplier (Supplier Gold, ProCert, Lean manufacturing etc.)
Strictly implement and continuously improve working process, ensure all activities are in compliance with company’s policy, principles and ethical requirements.

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor degree of Science, Discipline of Engineering (mechanical, electric preferred.
More than 10 years working experience in purchasing and supply chain management, 5 years in management role and HAVC industry is preferred.
Be able to read drawings and understand quality concepts and tools.
Fluent verbal and written English are required.
Good communication and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Be open-minded, self-motivated, pro-active, and must be a team player.
Good computer skills.
