Job Description
岗位职责：
与销售团队合作，评估客户需求和目标，确定解决方案和技术架构。
为客户提供技术咨询和支持，解答客户疑问，帮助他们了解和使用产品和服务。
研究和分析客户数据，使用各种工具和技术分析和处理数据，推荐最佳解决方案。
4.研究和分析客户现有流程以及优化机会，结合现有信息系统，设计端到端流程以及阶段性实施规划
根据客户需求和目标，设计和开发整体解决方案，包括但不限于数据仓库、数据挖掘、数据可视化和分析平台等。
根据客户的要求，设计和部署数据模型和数据安全方案，确保数据保护和隐私。
在销售过程中，与客户建立良好的关系，并协调内部团队，确保实施和集成的顺利完成。
与产品和开发团队合作，保持对新技术和市场趋势的了解，并推动产品和服务的不断发展和改进。
与客户进行培训，帮助客户学习和使用解决方案，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。
职位要求：
具有计算机科学或相关领域的学位，有5年以上医疗信息化，数据管理或数据分析的工作经验。
熟悉数据架构设计和开发，熟练使用各种数据库、ETL和BI工具和技术。
熟练使用SQL和Python等编程语言，有数据分析和建模经验。
4.熟悉并参与过医疗信息系统HIS的主要模块实施，熟悉并了解其他主要医疗信息系统如：RIS, LIS, HRP 等
5.了解医疗机构信息系统数据主要特征以及数据清理挑战
具有良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与客户和内部团队有效地交流和合作。
有很强的学习能力和自学能力，能够快速适应新技术和方法。
对数据安全和隐私保护有深入了解，能够为客户提供数据安全和隐私保护方案。
具有医疗信息销售和客户关系管理经验者优先。
计算机科学、信息系统或其他技术学科学士学位;
