Amazon Senior Program Manager, GM Field in Shanghai, China

Global Mile is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, enabling Amazon's international selection expansion goals through providing Customers a one stop shop for international transportation, providing end-to-end supply chain solutions for our Customers. Within this team, CN Seller Operations is seeking a self-motivated leader with rich experience in customer service and interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us as a Program Manager for China.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Lead in the design, development, and implementation of GM seller service model to improve seller experience and operational efficiency

  2. Identify and initiative opportunities to drive efficiency by improving operation processes and creating metrics to quantify improvements to seller service costs.

  3. Be the Voice of the sellers gathering requirements, creating and implementing CS tiered escalation mechanism across the business teams to improve effectiveness in seller problem solving

  4. Engage with stakeholders to constructively lead the transformation of seller service opportunities to improve the quality, cost, and drive continued improvement of seller’s experiences.

  5. Have a broad and strategic view collaborating with Product, Sales, finance and Operation teams to design seller service product roadmap to ensure that we meet key success criteria and promised value of our Sellers.

  6. Lead and direct Amazon Global Logistics Seller Service Team.

  7. Coach, and develop the team with prioritization, constructive feedback, resources planning, and data driven decisions.

  8. Ensure the right people are in the right job and creates leadership opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
