Description
Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated program manager to join the central PMO team. This is an unique opportunity to:
Play a highly visible role in an exciting and fast paced business
Drive high impact programs and initiatives to continuously to improve Sellers' experience in FBA end to end supply chain experience
Work with CN business team to drive Seller engagement, identify Seller pain points and offer solutions to optimize FBA end to end supply chain experience
Work with global product team to develop solutions and drive strategic product decisions on be half of CN Seller voices
The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, has a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be strong at performing deep dives to derive insights on Seller behaviors, identify key pain points and needs from Seller perspective, and drive programs and initiatives to continuously improve Sellers' experience.
Key job responsibilities
Work across functionally to drive close collaboration in Seller engagements and identify Selling partner experience gaps in FBA supply chain and provide recommendations guiding sellers to navigate across complex supply chain products and offerings to make optimal decisions for their FBA business
Work with global teams to evolve FBA product vision to address unique inbound and inventory needs for sellers
Become voice of sellers to drive innovation for FBA and deliver valuable Seller insights to influence leadership decisions
About the team
We are Asia Global Selling (AGS) PMO team. We collaborate with AGS business teams to identify key Seller needs and partner with global product teams to develop tools and solutions to improve Seller experience and sustainable growth.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of program or project management experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in Seller business and knowledge of Seller supply chain (e.g. inbound and inventory)
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of supply chain experience
Experience in Customer/Seller facing business, or consulting industry experience
