Basic purpose of the job:
Support to achieve team’s financial objectives
Optimize cross-functional platform and process regarding promotional programs implementation.
Accountabilities
Product management
To develop strategies for key target depts. promotion of specific brand, track KPI, timeline and budget
To prepare and implement related annual brand plan
Management / co-ordination
To develop and manage national level KOLs
Ensure high quality implementation of marketing plans
Control of the budget within agreed limits; allocate budget by annual strategy to keep efficacy.
Implement quality standards of daily work
Drive innovations in hospital communication and support to support robust business growth
Ensure optimal flow of information, messages and material to salesforce; set up the product training for sales force
Cross function communications
Collaborate with local marketing and sales team to implement and optimize annual plan
Set up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop and implement product strategies and plan
Market intelligence
Lead and implement necessary research and analysis, to understand market dynamics and initiate marketing programs
Understand China medical reform and health care environment macro trend and be able to translate it into actionable business implications
Maintain competitive and updated on competitor activities.
Required Capabilities
• At least 3 years of marketing experience in multinationals; sales experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of relevant KOLs with seniority
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
