Amazon Program Operations Manager , PMO, Asia Global Selling in Shanghai, China

Description

Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated program operation manager to join the central PMO team. This is an unique opportunity to:

  • Drive high impact programs and initiatives including incentive program to continuously improve Sellers' profitability, growth and experience

  • Work closely with business team to collect Seller feedback and drive program improvement

-Innovate with enhanced data-driven insights and influence cross-functional and global partners for great ideas and products

-Improve operation and process efficiency

Key job responsibilities

The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, has a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be strong at understanding Seller needs, performing deep dives to derive insights on Seller behaviors, identify key pain points and needs from Seller perspective, and drive efficient programs landing to continuously improve Sellers' experience.

About the team

We are Asia Global Selling (AGS) PMO team. We collaborate with AGS business teams to identify key Seller needs and partner with global product teams to develop tools and solutions to improve Seller experience and sustainable growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience developing business analytics or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in program management and/or operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity;

  • Experience in Seller facing and knowledge in cross-border shipping industry
