Job Description:
Job Summary:
Manage and direct production team in meeting targets on EHS, quality, capacity, spending, productivity, yield and delivery commitment under regular supervision.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, controlling and directing production function through the effective use of production work force with focus on continuous improvement aimed at increasing Operation safety, product quality, attainment of production schedule, productivity/throughput and accuracy of production report, operation expense spending, and reducing mfg. cycle time and work-in-process inventory.
Drive and implement Lean Mfg. principle and methodology and EHS programs at shop floor, improve reliability of equipment and develop competency of entire work force
Ensure effective deployment of manpower and other resources
Provide coaches, counsels frequently and motivate the team morale to most extend
Ensure safe practices and good housekeeping on the shop floor
Ensure implementation of work instructions or operating procedures
Actively participates in developing project assignments, makes mostly unreviewed decisions, and completes assignments without detailed instructions
Responsible for team hiring and performance evaluation
Prepare reports if required and ensure its accuracy.
