Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for in season products' allocation, analysis and follow up actions.

  • Understand retail trends and identifies risks and opportunities from multiple touch points, recommend the business solutions to satisfy external and internal customers.

  • Provide and supports the implementation of business solutions

  • Coordinate with Corporate, ensure that all product is shipped in compliance with product launch dates and new store opening dates

  • Support the key item plans and monitoring flow of related activities and projects with Marketing VM, Training and CRM team

  • Work with Agordo, monitor inventory, delivery and reordering situation to ensure appropriate levels of stock of designated product categories are maintained

  • Respond to individual outlet store allocation requests and work with Operations to troubleshoot any inventory deviations

  • Analysis inventory flow/trend from each latitude and propose action plan to leverage stock to fulfill different market needs.

  • Monitor sales performance and sell-through, analyzes impact and effectiveness, makeing recommendations for future promotions and markdowns, seasonal sales, internal sales, etc.

  • Collect market feedbacks on product attributes and competitors research, store cluster analysis and regular maintenance to achieve market needs.

  • Develop specific reports to support the business and complete ad hoc reporting as needed to drive or react to the current or future business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required and a minimum of 5 years of buying, planning, or allocation experience in a retail environment

  • Knowledge of the principles of merchandise planning and allocation as well as retail operations

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP is advantage

  • Strong organization, time-management, and prioritization abilities. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused and analytical

  • Independent-decision making skills

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
