Amazon Paid Account Manager, Asia Global Selling Team in Shanghai, China

Description

We are seeking a results-driven individual with Amazon sellers' account operational experience to drive Chinese manufactories in maximizing their presence and business on Amazon's global marketplaces. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering a first-class level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Paid Account Manager role requires experience in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary pre-launch and post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers (especially manufactories)

  • Manage relationships with key accounts and develop strategies to maximize these relationships

  • Monitor and maintain seller performance, working with them to improve where necessary

  • Proactively monitor accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation

  • Focus on driving results by collaborating across all relevant cross-functional areas to ensure effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives

The ideal candidate will be highly results-oriented and able to work seamlessly with various teams to guarantee the successful achievement of set goals.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work with sellers to grow business and success on Amazon Stores.

  • Keep fine-tune working process, improve team productivity and efficiency by invent and simplify

Planning/Analysis:

  • Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.

  • Analyze territory trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.

  • Define the territory, opportunities and goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts.

  • Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan.

  • Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience

  • Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields

  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools

  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
