Essential Functions:• Coordinate and conduct all aspects of ZOLL Clinical Marketing programs for Hospital• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of Advanced Life Support Product portfolio market sectors to ensure the company’s products achieve their maximum potential.• Serve as an expert as it relates to resuscitation, including, but not limited to, AHA guidelines and customer practice.• Assist in sales support activities, such as in-service/education & follow-up.• Develop, implementation, and monitoring new & future clinical marketing programs.• Create customized clinical content to fit the needs of hospitals• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending conferences, educational workshops, promotional Activities, and by continually reviewing professional publications.• Consultant to current customers by providing support, information, guidance and new opportunities offered by clinical team to Hospitals in maximizing utility of ZOLL equipment, specifically pertaining to CPR quality.• Develop with Sales Management, tactical marketing plans • Responsible for assigned key product management and product line communications• Develop and rollout marketing campaigns, including sales promotions, brochures, advertising and other types of marketing and sales support programs.• Develop a thorough understanding of tender requirements and customer specifications• Align Conference promotional plans with overall marketing plan.• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply chain, service, RA, QA)to support business development.• Demo management and arrangement for better promotion. • Other duties as assigned to support the growth of the marketing team overall. This can include, but is not limited to, development of new programs, presentations/lectures and assisting local clinical teams.• Working with the Hospital, Public Safety, EMS & Military sales teams to implement strategies for Acute Care Technology solutions.
Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:• Nursing/Paramedic/MD background with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care setting• ACLS/PALS certification, instructor level ACLS and/or PALS• Experience educating Health Care Providers• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care, or related field• Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills. Enjoys interacting and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers• Experience in delivering high volume projects simultaneously with tight pressures• Technically savvy with electronic media and computer skills• Experience with resuscitation and a passion for improving patient outcomes in hospitals• Experience with execution of marketing / product management & clinical activities preferred
