In the future, the company will launch new medicines or indications in therapeutic areas including CV & metabolism, respiratory, oncology, immunology, CNS and retinal health to meet the demand of Chinese patients.

Job Description:

-Achieve annual business goals in terms of sales and profit

-Directs the development of innovative and highly competitive marketing and A&P plan, consistent with regulations and strategic direction

-Develop and suggest promotional mix, execute general & specific promotional programs (hospital, KOL & patient) and focus on the growth of the current product portfolio

-Provides strategic leadership for the direction and coordination of all marketing activities through the regional project team and business partner organization

-Assess current performance, develop corrective actions and establish holistic cycle promotional plans

-Define marketing A&P item definition and manage the approval SOP/system

-Analyse the market performance, identify trends and compare with competitor benchmark.

Job Requirements:

-At least 8 years commercial working experience in MNC pharma companies. Central marketing experience is preferred.
