Job accountabilities

  • Acts as business partner of HAMA for local asset team, global Market Access and global functional team focusing on a given TA products and portfolio.

  • For New products/ pipeline

  1. Work cross-functionally to develop Market Access strategy aligned with clinical evidence, patient needs and commercial ambition.

  2. Contribute to integrated unmet need definition (e.g. value drivers, treatment patterns/clinical pathway, limitation of SoC…), burden of disease and shaping activities considering payer landscape.

  3. Perform competitive assessment from payers' perspective.

  4. Develop payer value proposition and access plan.

•Evaluate potential position from payer standpoint.

•Assess data gap and generate health economics evidence.

•Coordinate Market Access scenario building risk assessment and involvement in business forecasting.

  • For Existing products
  1. Develop an overarching payer driven Value & Access strategy integrating all key dimensions in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the organization.

  2. Coordinate cross-functional colleagues on market access related activities.

  3. Build impactful value rationale for payers to support Market Access discussions regarding our products at different levels.

•Create compelling integrated payer value proposition and tools supported by strong evidence.

•Accounting for differences in needs, perspectives, audience, format and focal points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above with minimum 5 years'experience in Market Access/ HEOR in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consulting (public health and health economics) preferred.

  • Problem solving and conflict management skills.

  • Good Teamwork spirit & collaborative approach including how to be successful in a matrix environment.

  • Strong project management & performance orientation.

  • Be proficient in both verbal and written English.

  • Good communication skills.
