Amazon Marcom & Event MKT Manager, Paid Services in Shanghai, China

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas stores, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally. Amazon is actively broadening its Paid Service strategy on a global scale, and we’re now seeking a multi-talented, customer-centered, data-driven, deadline-oriented Marcom and event marketing manager. This role will work closely with product, business teams and marketing channel owners.

Key job responsibilities

  • Dive Deep into local Sellers’ insights, figure out challenges and opportunities, and translate Seller valuable insights into actionable marketing plan.

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns/events to drive product adoptions.

  • Own sales enablement materials roadmap and create various content tools (pitch decks, flyers, videos, etc.) for Seller engagement and education, ensure marketing contents updated and consistent.

  • Set up marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always seeking ways to improve.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

  • Experience in event marketing.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

  • Excellent project management skill; demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or product management field.

  • Experience with paid media and owned media.
