Nike Manager, Account Expansion PGM, GC in Shanghai, China
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a retail program management expert to join our C4C Retail Concept Account Expansion team! You are an exceptional team player, and will work closely with GC Concept Development team, Marketplace Planning team, Retail Design team, Account team on C4C concepts NSP stores’ landing, and accelerate Great China marketplace transformation effectively and efficiently.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
· Take the lead of C4C Concept Account Expansion team on delivering mainland NSP stores opening target in quantity and quality. Based in SH.
· Ability to lead a team for performance excellence. Assist and develop team members on team success.
· Ability to work independently. Can manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes.
· Extend great communication with Concept team as the bridge between strategy and execution.
· Ability to partner closely with Design and X-functions to ensure projects well-landed in GC market.
· Ability to balance and coordinate multiple design concerns, including business targets, brand expression, spatial design, deliverable time requirement and budget.
· Proficient in retail program process management. Uphold excellence, ambition, and team spirit.
· Expert on construction materials explore and adoption based on national regulations, and manage construction technology and quality within Nike standard.
· Capability on cost control with great perception and logic on budget planning and execution.
· Lead the development and optimization of construction playbook, educate the internal and external and maintain perfect on-site execution.
WHAT YOU BRING
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· At least 8 years professional experience in program management. PMP certification preferred.
· Rich experience in team management and development.
· Strong interpersonal skills with dedication to foster cross-functional teamwork and an open, positive and collaborative environment.
· A positive mentality with proven ability to embrace changes and keep result-oriented.
· Laser-sharp focus to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
· Highly developed curiosity and in-depth understanding of retail development culture.
· A passion for the Athlete, Sport and Culture.
· Ability to travel as needed.
· Fluent English & Mandarin.
