Role Purpose
Inspire, Serve and Grow the Jordan Culture and Community in a Connected Marketplace
Key Accountabilities
Empower, Elevate and Enable the Operating Offense for Jordan Marketplace
•Drive clarity and accountability for key initiatives for Jordan Marketplace against strategic priorities
•Drive E2E collaboration across the integrated marketplace
•Work in close partnership with Marketplace leaders to drive the Jordan Marketplace strategy
•Lead the Code Process, ensuring that all teams are aligned to the key deliverables against the Code process and timeline
•Be the PMO, ensuring that all teams are able to deliver to our marketplace goals on time
•Lead the Weekly IBA, Business Reviews sessions, setting agenda and working with cross functionals team to deliver to the meeting agenda
