Job Description
岗位职责：
1.管理和开发全国范围内的餐饮渠道大客户（包括连锁茶饮、连锁咖啡店、连锁西点烘培店冰淇凌连锁店等）。
负责和大客户总部洽谈全国性或区域性合约、促销方案、活动和意向协议。
拥有和应用饼干类餐饮渠道产品知识，针对重点客户需求提供可行的解决方案和业务发展计划。
提交短期和长期销售计划，制定销售策略，实现销售指标。
负责销售拓展，为客户介绍新菜单/服务，组织拜访现有客户和潜在客户。
保持与重点客户的长期关系，确保客户获得高质量的客户服务。
完善KA客户直营流程，完成并超越销售目标
岗位要求：
1.7年以上连锁茶饮店、咖啡店或者烘培店的直接或间接销售服务工作经历；或者快速消费品食品公司的餐饮渠道大客户销售经验
2.有参与咖啡、茶饮等新产品推荐/新品应用领域的合作项目经验
3.具有餐饮渠道及客户的拓展、管理经验
4.具有较强的谈判及沟通的技巧以及市场洞察能力
